The Allergen Bureau and the Australian Food & Grocery Council have issued a reviewed and updated guide to Allergen Management and Labelling. This includes clarification around declaration of cereals containing gluten, and removing sea cucumbers from the Mollusc category of allergens (it is not a mollusc).
