To help food businesses manage these risks the Allergen Bureau and the Australian Food and Grocery Council (AFGC) have just released an updated version of the Food Industry Guide to Allergen Management and Labelling. The update incorporates new requirements for the labelling of allergens in food arising from Proposal P1044 – Plain English Allergen Labelling
